I do vote with my wallet. I no longer play games in shit condition at release. I post so people are aware of the condition of the game. If they can deal with that condition then its ok with me but I feel bad for those who are lied to by players who just want more bodies in game.

Box copy has territory control as a feature listed on the back. It isn't in the game yet, and who know if they've even got any of it ready in any way shape or form. So yeh, that could be construed a lie no. 1. However on the forums they have been pretty open about their roadmap for the game and it would be pretty clear to most taking an interest that that feature wasn't making it in for launch.

Inanimate objects dont lie, the folks behind the copy-writing do. Just for clarification. Not saying the studios are filled with liars, and I do like the concept of the game, but am sorry to say that I didnt find the game-play addictive.
Personally, this is one indie studio that isn't getting my cash until they polish things up a bit. Mainly the control and UI shceme. If I can't adjust it to my style of comfortable play, I will never enjoy playing it.
This game is terrible. I am guessing it makes the top 5 for shortest lifespan.
The last week of beta was indeed terrible. We don't know how the live game will play yet, so don't try and misrepresent things or judge unless you a) have bought the game and played it on release, and b) given it a fair shake.
Yes and this beta was when most people tried the game. I cant imagne anyone buying it after that experience, regardless of what patches are promised.
The game wont last a month so we will never know if the can fix it.
While I respect your opinion, I fully disagree with it.
The devs have stated on the official forums that they don't need and aren't expecting a large initial launch. They are planning to start small with a loyal group of followers and building up from there.
I find it very refreshing because they have realistic visions and don't need a huge launch to continue the game. They seem to have a pretty good gameplan.
I wish you the best of luck and hope that it isn't to frustrating for you. If you really want small though you should pick up a single player game that works.
