Live servers will go up sometime tomorrow, Friday the 4th.  I read on the official forums they are aiming for them to go up in the morning for US time, Evening EU time.

Ok, so when and where can I buy a "boxed" version?. As far as I can tell the pre-order is only for the download version.

You will have to search around the official forums or their website, but I believe the boxed version was available only in the EU and is being distrubted by something like Iceberg.

The game is live.  Just check out their forums (anyone can read, but can't post without sub).  Although, I beleive a crap ton of people are having problems with the game already as far as logging on and getting game keys.
