Bard - how do the skills scale?

Just a simple question:

The bard has several healing skills and even some damage skills. I just wanted to know on how I could improve their magnitude. Is is attackpower or spell power?

If it is spellpower... how do I raise wisdom as a rogue? As it seems, the itemization will not support you in that matter.

i've researched this as my main is a bard

 

logic says wisdom/int is what you want for heals/spell dmg

 

but because the race is a rogue, everything is dex based. increasing dex will increase spell dmg, healing, also weapon dmg

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

on a side note, atleast in beta 5/6, nothing has killed me 1v1 on my bard
