Skills?

I was just wondering if they say this is gonna be like uo, (which is what attracted me to this game) Is there gonna be a skill cap?? I mean it would be cool if there wasnt, but yet I want one... Cause Having 1 uber charecter is no fun. Anyway just wondering lol i know im confusing.... but if there is a skill cap, what will your first cahrecter be?? Ill prolly go with Tradeskills
