I searched but couldn't find it on the main website, perhaps you have to register first. Anyone know what the billing options are? Anything besides credit cards? I have a friend who wants to play but doesn't have one.

Yes, you can pay with PayPal, for now you can Pre-order only but soon there will be option to pay sub with PayPal.
Also check if your bank doesn't have prepaid virual CC they usually work.

Just an update for those considering purchasing the game. If you pay by PayPal you don't have to sign up for a subscription right away which is what I'll be doing. After the two months is up you can then decide if you want to subscribe or not.
