Just thought id bring this up. I stumbled on this on my way to HOI2 forums.
BTW, does anyone know how to play HOI2 in windowed mode VIA steam? Ive been trying to figure this out and im stumped.
Playing HOI2 in commodore-like gfx seems pretty unrobust.

To clarify, Paradox Interactive is publishing this MMO, not developing it. Salem is being programmed and designed entirely by Seatribe, who are known for their indie title, "Haven and Hearth". This is part of Paradox's initiative to reposition themselves towards the online marketplace.
As a result, we can expect zero RTS influence on the game, which is a WURM/Xsyon-esque style offering. Paradox is also publishing an MMORTS by Lockpick Entertainment called Dreamlords Resurrection.
