what you need to join alliance

I have a question for all alliances
what do i need to join you, i play in a small corp and we don't want to get BIG, so we know all our members very good so this is why you can be sure of us, we are all active.

Perhaps you should start a small corp alliance up yourself, Ive been thinking about starting one.  It gives small corps the back up if needed but allows you to keep your independance!
