What is your Favorite feature in an MMO that you would like to see others adapt?

Simple question, lets see some answers.  Maybe some future devs will get some good ideas of what isn't the standard that players really like.

For me it is hands down Brotherhoods in Vanguard.  For those who don't know a Brotherhood is a way for up to 6 players to split their XP evenly between all members of the Brotherhood, regardless of who is online or in a group with them.  I was in a brotherhood with my brother and his wife and every time I got any XP it was split 3 ways so we always stayed at the same level.  Perfect for people with friends/family they want to play with, but can't always play together.  I thiink it should be an option in every MMO on the market, but have only seen it in Vanguard.
