Same it seems to be more of customers helping customers on their site rather than them giving any help. I just uninstalled it after having problems with the same answers (tried what everyoneon the site said to no avail) said screw it maybe in Beta Phase 2 there will be more interaction with the devs on the site.
I had trouble launching the game. I asked for help, got an email and then got no response. A new game with lousy customer service is not a good omen.
It's not a new "game". It's closed beta just after alpha. Closed beta (and this game literally just left alpha) is generally rife with bugs and issues. That's what closed beta is for - figuring all this stuff out. Also, you shouldn't have any expectation of professional customer support representatives in a closed beta - that comes later...

I agree with Ripper.
But what were you expecting out of a new IP MMO? Certainly not anything like the closed betas in games published by Perfect World International or Gpotato. Those are merely translations of games developed in other countries that already went through "true" closed betas.
While I don't expect grade A customer service in a testing phase like this rarely do I even expect it when it's a finished product, my problem is I test to actually test not to check a game out early, the bugs I am having is literally hintering me from even logging in and I've tried to find answers on the bugs forum while the fix some other members have done works for them it is currently not working for me, but I'd like to actually get past the log in screen. If I remember correctly I posted the problem almost 2 weeks ago and there was a lot of other people that had the same problem ableit the fix others told them to do helped them it still renders me useless.

Sadly, by being unable to play, you are helping these people iron out the bugs. I know its not what you wanted to hear, but the fact that the game is unplayable on your computer is a good thing, since your inability to play will help them make it so you can play when it is fully released (we hope).

Since when is Tuesday a direction?
