New exciting class: The boredmancer

THe Boredmancer is:

• 
  Arcane ennemy is the Relaxmancer, one who wants no challenge and like pressing on the same keys over and over again.
• 
  Can't get past level 25 in almost every game withint last 10 years, he compains it feels like working.
• 
  has almost no time to spare, yet looking for difficult leveling and come trolling on these forums almost every day.
• 
  has money to spend
• 
  Knows at least a dozen people who don't want to try new mmo because they are boredmancer as well.
• 
  Very impress when the journey takes forever, killing a giant rat is a challenge of his own.
• 
  Wasn't always that bored, at the beginning of time there was challenge.

The Boredmancer is not:

• 
  Impressed by flashly attacks and golden-like items at level 10.
• 
  happy when he has to kill himself to travel faster.
• 
  particularly enthousiastic when he is given quest, one after another.
• 
  the type of guy that owns 20 dragon like mounts. In fact he just walk and might get attack.
• 
  feels out of touch when he see angry mobs staying at the same spot all day long. Poor folks...

You got your points..but then again,you know what? End of the day yeah? Let us assume it did have lesser quests (insert mmo name yourself,doesnt matter which), lesser light bulbs hanging all round your mounts, lesser amounts of mindlessly wondering mobs you had to repetitively kill, etc etc etc..and 'did' have an overall setting, its nice ambience, its next gen graphics..what would you get mate? a veeeery good qualitative game,that would end in 2 weeks..that is not an mmo..lasting this little entails its being categorised as something akin to say,Dragon Age..or if you assume some online interaction,closer to NWN 1,2..no,not like GW,or GW2..they are meant to last..so where does this leave you? Probably to your sitting down to think if maybe it is just you needing an mmo rehab Or,perhaps keep it as something you do to a) roleplay,even alone,if you find one that allows immersion, b) chat with other loonies also logged in..plenty mmos out there granting both,some even add this unique 'feel' to them as well..you tried them all,ok,want more? But you are a boredmaster? It's you,not the genre..asking for a radically different,uber fresh game totally ground-breaking, unheard of before type of game probably means you not describing an MMO..and as such,wrong forum

[i will secretly pray with you that such a change may indeed occur..within the genre..lol at that..]

I feel like you missed the point... this is describing a player, not attacking a game....

not at all friend..this is not about 'a' game indeed..it is about the genre itself..both the OP's, and my own attempt to convey my personal views are about the genre in general,nothing specific..it is you misunderstanding me i believe
