Wish I could get it to work

Don't know if the system is bugged or what but I cannot change the screen settings to even see the full character creation.  Thus I've been unable to even get on the game so far.  Very frustrating, waiting to see just how long it takes support to get with me...I would love to try it out and play soon..

    Actually a support guy helped me out and finally got it to work.  Thanks to the great support I was able to get my character to level 10 before siging off for the night :)

     Well O Wise One would you care to elaborate as to what he told you just in case one of us runs into the same problem?

    Manually go into the ini file for the game and change the settings!  Sorry kind of forgot to mention the fix.
