Ah infantry/cosmic rift

I used to love infantry and cosmic rift. So anyway, i was just wondering if there are any games that have the feel of either of those two. I've played subspace but it lacks the rpg element that was present in some servers of infantry and cosmic rift.

A lot like Cosmic Rift. At first...kinda like rogue trader on steroids. It's the one game I'm currently paying to play (believe it!)

Has a fairly steep learning curve though, in that most of the ingame stuff isn't documented on purpose.

i've tried that...well i actually played that for quite awhile.....the only problem is that there's no end game.......really at all...its just grind grind grind....there are other things ie. trading and making bases....but they dont really do anything other than get money......and they also get boring fast

its really fun for awhile...but its not the action-packed game like infantry/cosmic rift that i'm searching for

thanks anyway.

any other ideas are more than welcomed.

 I remember both games. I was solid addicted to Infantry for a few months after finding about a new MMORPG named SWG that was starting developement. I was there when Cosmic Rift first came out. And also there when the SWG game DEVs and MODs played vs the SWG players/fans in Cosmic Rift. (SONY reserved for that day the Cosmic Rift game for this occasion. There were 2 games, one in the morning, one in the evening.)

 Sadly, there are no online games that are like Infantry or Cosmic Rift. But there are some online games that have elements of both.

 StarSonata, Starport, Edge of Chaos, and TDZK. All are in space like Cosmic Rift. Starport gets reset the most often. Depending on the server a week to 1 month for each game. (Cosmic Rift was more often.) Starport has an endgame. So does Edge of Chaos.

 There are no landbased war games like Infantry. Except for maybe World War 2 Online which might have some elements of Infantry. And also Planetside. Neither has an endgame aka server reset after certain goals are met.
