Korea style mmorpg

I need a korea/japanese/chinese style mmorpg. What I am looking for:

F2P

PVP-faction pvp or guilds fighting for territories or something like that.

Not too high reurements

I don't want fancy equipments, mostly leather equipment and more of a "based on player skills game" not "based on equipment or who spams hp pills faster".
