Are you from the future?
It's a pretty common problem. For whatever reason, your account needs to have been logged on to since the HoM Calculator was implemented for it to be able to pull your information.
Just reinstall and log in with that character to see what you get.

I believe the calculator updates at logout which would explain this behaviour. And don't forget you need Eye of the North to be able to get any rewards.
1. Accounts will never get deleted unless banned.
2. You need to have a hall of monuments (meaning you need the eye of the north expansion).
3. If you haven't played in a few years all of your achievements do not count and must be regained (in the "Honor" section).
In other words, once you fix the problem and be able to view your HoM online, you will still only have 0/50.

It's not like the achievements wouldn't count, you just have to go to the hall of monuments in Guild Wars and choose to display the titles etc. you achieved.
I'll wait to the day's end when the moon is high
And then I'll rise with the tide with a lust for life, I'll
Amass an army, and we'll harness a horde
And then we'll limp across the land until we stand at the shore
No, in order to plug in achievements (not titles, minis, weapons, heros, or armor) you must have completed them after the HoM's release back when eotn first released in August 31, 2007. Achievements include completing the elite missions and end game missions.
