...because all the little whiners are rage posting on a continuous basis. It's comical. If you are waiting in the que be sure to check out some of the threads over there.....very entertaining way to pass the time. 
I like one guy inparticular who claims to have beta tested all the way back to Meridian 59 and says this is the worst launch ever.....yet his style of writing and choice of words give him away as being 14-17 years old......

Yes those I feel sorry for.
To be fair, the game hasn't even officially released yet. It's still in a quesy state between completion and release. People should just be happy that Trion is letting anyone play the game before March 1. Heck, people aren't even being charged for gametime yet.
Then again, for those that were watching - they might have been able to get a jump on those queues...

Sadly I couldn't find anything relevant to my CTD on launch in the mass of QQ so I'm redownloading in hopes it fixes it. Luckily it's only a 25 minute proccess.

I'd love to be stuck in a queue right now. I can't even get that far. The damn code I got with my Gamestop preorder keeps giving me the error, "this code has no more uses".
My guess is some damn Gamestop employee is taking the game for a test drive at my expense. Either that or chalk it up to a launch issue with Trion, not really sure at the moment.

Its the first night, im in a queue but im not unhappy.
I've got disconnected 3 times, the first one I was fast enough to rejoin the queue without losing my position. Not the other two though. That means I'm back at the end of the queue. Can't say I'm happy.
They might be a little busy, but you could try contacting Customer Support with your proof of purchase. Their posts suggest they aren't going to be too demanding on the level of proof for headstart because it's only good until March 1 anyhow.
Already did this and not hopeful I'll hear back anytime soon. Thanks anyway.
Launches that have issues because too many people want to play aren't ever as bad as those that have issues because the game is poorly made. A game like WOW or Rift is in a much better situation than disaster releases like an AO or Vanguard.
