That's good news. Strange how so many people said no one would wanna play this WoW clone and all the stuff was just so-so. Probably alot of these people are sitting in line waiting to get in LoL Can't wait to get in line myself.

Servers aren't full, they are capped. Rift has one zone per level range per side so it takes under 100 players to make the starter zones overcrowded and then under 1000 players to make the 2nd set of zones overcrowded etc. They have to cap the servers at a very low pop while people level up.
