Phantasy Star Tera

Greetings.

I am a diehard fan of the Phantasy Star saga of jrpg/mmo´s and i wanted to point out that i somehow feel there is part of the essence of said saga in Tera. All the while watching trailers, beta videos and informing myself, i could not shake off the feeling of "Damn, if the PS saga had a proper mmorpg, it would probably be very similar to this".

I linked a few videos and gameplay showoffs to my fellow PS players and we all agreed that the game somehow "felt" very similar to the PSO/U /P series of  videogames, mixed with a wonderful fantasy world.

Both me and my better half (She is also a PS fanatic) are very excited about this, because we just recently took notice of this game, and we are anxious to become part of the community and begin exploring the world.

This thread is mostly to see if other old school PS players also felt this "connection" with Tera, that me, my better half and a few other fanatics had when finding out about it.

Rawr.

I've said this a few times myself,  the combat is very, very similar  in the way you move, block and attack.  You see many of the same attacks,  and lots of positioning which is exactly how PS was played.  I love PS and am looking forward to trying TERA because of this.
