How many other familiar issues have you come across in not enjoying your sojourns through the various Warfronts so far?

 

Of course, the standard replies for these will be:

 

Do not queue until you are at least halfway up the bracket, preferably higher.

Queue with friends to avoid the AFKers.

Queue with friends to have your own premade.

Roll your own healers so you too are overpowered.

We are only a few days in, roll your own IMBA...

 

What a difference a few days have made, eh?  Went from having a blast to wondering WTH I'm doing there.  Wait, that was from earlier today to recently... arrrrggggggggggggh!

There is nothing you can do , game is getting more and more populated in the weekends .

For example day 2 on a server run into barren/ trade chat already >.< of 16 year old level .

So what can you expect seems they are the future of mmorpg having tons of money and no brains .

Honestly this is going to be wow 2 in matter of months if this keeps up .

So same story as wow applies wait till the end game , nothing you can do .

If there isn´t a valid endgame , then there are going to be some horrible flaming forum topics soon enough .

Just good thing endgame takes a while to reach :P .

Are you sure about that whats endgame lvl 50? Saw on the Rift forums people hitting in there 40's with around 20 something hours played.

hey virus, i think trion released a patch in EU to stop the AFKers, last night. they were going to do it for US soon. its on the official forums.

as for class balance in PvP, trion stated many times they arent going to balance for PvP.  they will balance for PvE. if you dont have the PvP soul i recommend getting it.

Drake use the report button if you havent. im rolling on a PvP server and got some kiddies being dumbasses. after 5 mins of haven reported the dumbasses, the chat ended. it went back to lfg chat. the GMs are there in force.

Wow, the game is not two days old and already complaints against imballance.

With my DPS class I have played twice at 21 so far, I held my own and come middle of tables 1 round, and the other I was ranked second - and actually had the most damage. Its all about changing playstyle to meet the situation. I found it no easier/harder while in the late teens.

If you go up against a premade, dont give in before its started, you have nothng to lose they do!

Games have been out 3,4..5 years and still dont have things right. Did you realy expect things to be spot on at launch?

That was to deal with the afk auto-runners and those afk at the character select screen.  That definitely helped with the queue issues.

The class IMBA thing is more in regard to direct things.

Warrior DPS, Mage DPS, Cleric DPS, and Rogue DPS should all be balanced.  Does that mean all the Souls for each Calling will be balanced?  No, not in the least and they should not even attempt to balance for something like that - we do not need a constant series of nerf/buff pendulum swings.

There are several threads on the official forums discussing this - some holding out that things are better at 50 (with some trying not to laugh at the sound of that).

FotM has become Flavor of the Minute, as people quickly switch out their Souls and builds... kind of trippy, eh?

As for the PvP Soul, until you have PvP rank - you are very limited to what you can get out of it.  There is so much CC, etc - that the 5 min CD makes it somewhat useless.

All in all though, I had been enjoying it (enjoyed it through the betas and had been enjoying it until this afternoon).  The afkers and those saying just to let them four cap really soured my gut something rotten...

Blizzard has...how many people working on class balancing? And how much time have they spent on it? And it's still not balanced??

Trion was very clear that they wanted players to handle the balancing issues when it comes to Souls.

Which DPS Calling/Souls are you sporting?  I'm guessing right off the back that you are neither a Cleric nor a Mage.  Some might go with a guess that you are sporting a Rogue - see a lot of Warriors with Defensive Souls rolling though.

Again, the imbalance is not about individual Souls within each Calling.  It is not about balancing say Assassin and Marksman.  It is a case that what appears to be in the best in Mage should be better than the worst in Cleric....
