I think this speaks for itself... particularly the part where they attack another player.

Hardly surprising...
Lol. ACCURATE!
Starting around 1:08, I think I need to go to my Optometrist. Seriously, look at the guy running away. I want to see him run away normally, however, something is stopping that. Anyone else see that funny ass run?!? I had to triple check to make sure I actually seen that.
BOOYAKA!
Why is that happening?
Is the player hacking or is it a glitch?
It's a glitch (I'm guessing). There's a bug where yellow-flagged players (newbies in their first few hours of the game, the yellow flag makes them invulnerable to player damage until it wears off) sometimes appear blue-flagged, this seems to be the same situation.
Should this be evidence of a scam?
To me it seems like developers in general, benefit from false advertising. Considering the release was quite awhile ago, does this not satisfy the jury that the consumer was mislead, and at some point, said party should be held accountable.
It seems as if the party care not about the financial enviroment of the average gamer, and in fact consider their source of revenue sufficent for oppurtunistic capital allocation resourced with contextual misrepresentation.
To the caterpillar it is the end of the world, to the master, it is a butterfly.
I suppose it COULD be a bug like you describe.. but why would someone who has a 2 year old forum account have a yellow flagged "noob" character? Sure it's possible that this person just made a forum account 2 years ago, gave up on the game, came back for the free trial, had someone hand him a horse, and got a glitch that makes him AND his horse appear to be blue flagged. It's possible...probably not the one that fits the law of parsimony... but it's possible.

evilgypsy wasn't the player in question, he was the guy that attacked the 'invincible guy'. Fact is, there was a known bug that would cause exactly what we're seeing, and you're not happy with that explanation because... what... the real bug doesn't sound bad enough?
Please watch the baiting guys. Thanks .
If you watch the video at the end it shows all the participants. The "Invincible Guy" is Taron, who has a forum account from March 2009 (or someone else has a forum account with that name). Like I said it MIGHT have been a bug... it's not the simplest explanation but it is plausible.
