Where is Merlyn the Community Manager?

It seems strange to me that the game launched it's long anticipated Free Trial on 2/24 but the community manager has been MIA from the forums. As a matter of fact in the last 12 days he has posted nothing more than the small blurb below:

Is this connected to the new lower "cost structure" that Henrick described in his investors update? It just seems very strange that the Community Manager would be MIA on the forums given all the issues that have surfaced in the last week and a half...

Well he needs to be around I am surprised he let Henrik let that "revolutionize the mmo market" zinger go.

He did state recently that he does a lot of other work there that his name is not attached to and that he does less posting etc. these days. Who knows.

He used to regularly go MIA for weeks because of "back pains". Besides, he already threatened Henrik he'd leave if he doesn't get a full contract. Maybe Henrik finally pulled the plug, but doubt it - Maerlyn owns him.
