You should be fine. Maybe not with advaced shadows and full viewing distance, but it'll run.

I´m running a Core2Duo with 2.6Ghz, 4GB of RAM and a 8800 GS card and I`m getting 15-20 fps and low to medium settings. It´ll run but if you`re looking for really good performance you`ll be disappointed.
