Can't purchase the game?

So i've finally upgraded my computer and am capable of playing Final Fantasy 14 now and I went to try to buy the game but I cannot find it anywhere...is the game over? Did they shut it down entirely?

I highly doubt that is the case because this is Final Fantasy and they can't allow it to fail. If anyone could provide me with a place to buy the game or perhaps a free trial invite? I would greatly appreciate it.

I understand that this game has alot of work to go through but i'm okay with that. It's Final Fantasy and i'll stand by it regardless.

Dont waste your money.. thre game is absolute crap..Its literaly the worst game that came out last year. Even Alganon was better.

Seriously do yourself a favor and dont persue it any further.

Like I said I know its got alot of issues but I'm okay with that...I'll stick by it and play it regardless. It's Final Fantasy after all.

Well don't say you weren't warned...and the FF franchise hasn't been anything to talk about for years. Shame on anyone for buying a game just because of its IP. You know, you could do something more constructive with your $50 like, oh I dunno, pretend it's lettuce and put it on a sandwich? Turn it into $1's and line the litter box with it? Or, if you want the same feeling as playing FFXIV, you could always just roll it into a tight point and stab yourself in the left eye with it.

If you really want it, try and find a CE owner who still has their buddy key. Interestingly there is no difference between the buddy key and the retail client.

I've had the game since launch for free from a friends pass. (not that I've played it much, but nice to know if it ever recovers I can jump in to check it out)
