No doubt they will reuse similar models and similar loot, but it's probably unlikely that the mob will be in the same place, and under exactly the same circumstances as before, on an endlessly unchanging spawn cycle.

Yeah, it feels a LOT more unique than killing Ragnaros for the 50th time, knowing full well that you're the millionth person to do so, and that you'll be doing it for the 51st time next week..
