My MMO experience is highly varied, so listing them all would do no help.

Generally, I am a fan of PvE. Raiding/epic boss fights are really nice to me, as are accolades (Intensely hard encounters that I can complete just because I can). I like PvP to an extent, as long as the game doesn't revolve around it solely (Aion).

I've never played Guild Wars, and am wondering if it's worth the money it costs to play it (I'm tempted by the free trial), and am definately going to get GW2 regardless. 

I'm extremely tired of World of Warcraft, and I don't have the funds to extend towards buying Rift at the moment (though it does look really great, especially the whole, ya know, Rift part).

 

Please help me find something fun to play?

Rift is awesome ... But if you want nice pve i could recommend LoTRO... Its very beautifull and theres awesome pve.. You should try it becouse it is "f2p"

Guildwars is really fun but more in a Diablo way than a Ww way. It doesn't work for everyone but it is really worth a free trial. Best spent gaming money I ever spent, you can probably get it with all content for 35-40 bucks if you look around.

Rift is not a bad game either but if you are really tired of Wow it might not be the ultimate choice since gameplay is rather similar.

LOTRO is a free game (well, it will cost you eventually but if you are broke now it is worth a try) that isn't bad either.

DDO is also pretty fun but it is more a game you play with afew close friends than something you PUG.

Everquest 2 is actually also worth a free trial but it is P2P. It is gigantic and rather familar.

Well, like Loke666 said if you tired of WoW then Rift isn't a good choice because it's very simular to WoW.



As for game i'll recommend - try LoTRO or Everquest 2 Extended. Both are f2p now. I believe it's the best choice if don't want to pay anything. Also people saying good things about Forsaken World. Can't say anything about it myself, but saw some good words about it here on forums.
