Is there a system at all like Netflix or Gamefly for PC games?

OnLive.com uses a subscription model. Line-up of games is fairly pathetic, but hey, that's increasingly become the case for PC anyway.

You can Rent from Direct2Drive. I've never used it, but noticed the option while browsing their games once. 

Their game selection is pretty terrible though.

Onlive is really cool! I dont have it working but i mean the setup is nice. Apparently i have some technical crap i need to set up before it will work for me which sucks because i only know how to turn a computer on, nothing past that.

Pretty cool tho, Netflix started out that way too, small amount of titles and now its insane. They may have a great future there.
