Free trial not working

It is just me but after installing the game and follow every step for the free trial the game always crash when i want to go in  after creating my char?? I even tried reinstall it,the closest i went to playing was a 2 min in game after several try then it crash again

    At what point exactly are you getting hung up most of the time? Also, it would probably be more productive to ask this on the official forums if you haven't already.

    Doesn't sound like it is the free trial that is not working since you have been able to "play" once, but your computer? =)

    Have you tried to set everything to lowest to see if it works then? Any good specs on your computer?

    Have you all the latest .NET, physX, directX installed? Latest drivers for your gfx card?
