Methinks they'll add it eventually, but right now its not in concept for a future addition so don't expect them anytime soon.

Only show your main name.
But you can create a First and a last name like: First: The *Silver.* last: Pie= The *Silver* Pie
But you can only see it when you look at the persons stats, or buying an item from some one at the AH, or somthing else.
That would been the best
