I find it funny who give lag rating 6. Its not the servers causing lag, it the system that runs it. SOE published the Min requiredments before the release. I saw people both on this site and others asking if your outdated pentium 2 256 mb Ati radeon 7500 would run the game ok.
Don't blame SOE or any gaming company if you don't or can't get the recommended requireents. My system runs a P4 3.2 hyper threated, 1.5 dual 3200 ram and Geforce 6700 video card. Guess what? I have no lag. NO loading lag, no nothing
In closing. Don't blame Devolopers for your lag if you cant even get a system that comes close to the recommned requirements.

I used my pent 3.2 overclocked to 3.63 and used his Radeon 9800 pro and 1 gig of corsair value ram and got 68 Frames per second on high quality. Think about it. His 1400 [counting my pent IIII. His pent IIII was only 2.2 before we switched Mobos] dollar rig ran EQII at an eyecandy level at that price. It is also not like SOE did not warn you all about the recommended requirements. With a gig of RAM the memory leaks melt away. I have not had a memory issue in a month.

yeah, people like to blame the game. i realize that my current computer could not handle it so i just didnt buy it...yet. im getting my new computer in about a month, and you should all see me in game by february. (if you play on befallen that is)
