Rift is the most polished and bug free release ever. Not listening. NOT LISTENING!!

Be glad it wasn't SOE, NCsoft, or Square because they probably wouldn't have even fixed the security leak in their systems.
Fact that any company is actually willing to address the issue and state it was their fault shows they actually care about there product. Most other companies would just ignore the issue or say it's other peoples faults like Darkfail, Mortal Online, etc. Shows lot of guts to state something like this publicly.
When did you start playing "old school" MMO's. World Of Warcraft?
Mind pointing out where did Trion lie to us? Also the security hole was fixed 2 hours after it was discovered.

Where in that article does it say its Trions fault?

Lied to us all? Nothing like going for the emotional rather than facts in a head line.... ^^ I suspect it was more mis communication, than out right lies. The Coin system is rather a cute take on this. I doubt it was meant to be an absolute(any more than Blizzards authenticators are). But it will help add to account security. As they further refine it, it should prove more useful.
Pretty sure it was discovered a while ago, that guy only posted it when he found out to do it.
Didn't Trion say it was the players fault? Then they discovered this hole which is on their end, so they kinda did lie.
