One thing L2 has always had a lot of....
... is great music. Some of my all-time favorite game music comes from L2.
And it appears with the upcoming Goddess of Destruction, that won't be changing.
Here's some examples...

Indeed. It seems most of my favorite music comes from Asian developed MMOs.
It's funny, I'm looking at your avatar, with L3 and I can't help but think that Goddess of Destruction is going to be just that... unless of course they formally announce one.... which I believe they were supposed to do this year, having been set back from the whole mess with the code being stolen and so on.
I mean, have you seen the newer footage they're releasing? Even in-game, everything is definitely noticeably upgraded. Better lighting, everything looks more vibrant... there was this crazy fog effect in game a little while ago when I was logged in... never had that before.
Definitely eager to see what the future's bringing for this game.

its a shame its such a great game....
Plenty of people still play and enjoy the game despite them, though.
That's the funny thing.
They're so pervasive in the game that they're pretty much just part of it at this point. Bots do their thing, and players just go about theirs.

But i read alot of stuff like the bots doing the dungeon things and stopping the high level peeps from getting stuff they need ,
Couldnt agree more. It's the devs to be blamed though, if only they make it a little less grindy.

Can we please not turn this into yet another thread about bots in L2?

I am really looking forward to Godess Of Destruction. I would not say Lineage 3 but it does look like a Lineage 2.5, very impressive for an expansion for sure.
Lineage 2 has the best soundtrack by far of any MMO I have played, they got it just right. My hopes now lay with Jake Song and ArcheAge to continue his Lineage design legacy, meanwhile I will continue playing this game as it is still by far one of the best games released, despite all the bots and hardships, beautiful graphics, great politics, simply amazing.
