Will the world ever have sunlight?

Hi all,

Ive roll a guardians till level 16 and deleted him because i found the world is very dark, like im always playing in the night, now im rolling on the defiant side.

And so far its also quite a dark world.

Just wondering will the world ever be bright? with sunlight shinning through and a bright landscape?

    Heya! Perhaps you happened to only log in during the night hours in game? The world does go through a day/night cycle and nights sometime seem to be long. I know for sure though that both starting zones do have sunlight. There has been a few times when I get hit in the eye with rays of sun shooting through trees and stuff like that, also took a nice screenshot of the sun from the top of a hill.

    If you weren't only logged in during the nights maybe its a bug of some sort. I know there was a time that I logged in and the models all looked like they were shadows. Try updating your drivers?

    At least on the Defiant side nights are so bright it might as well just stay daylight all the time.

    LOL plenty of sunshine on Defiant side. If you're still having issues you may need a graphics card update!
