I got a key from mmrpg and every time i start up game it plays the start up videos but when its done just a black screen anyone else having this problem got a fix?

did u try waiting thru the cinematic. when i play on the europe server when i skip the cut scene it can take a full min till log in comes up. it seems to be have been caused by one of the patches they did

does the first cutscene play at all?try ctrlalot delte to taskmanager and see if they game is still trrying to load. if its not it should have 0 cpu use. also do u hear sound on the black screen?
no sound on black screen,it is the EU verison of the game ( couild be problem ) and just plays the cut scences of the creators and all then black screen.
did the game work at all before or is this your first time trying to play.

month ago there wasnt such a problem.. than they applied a patch and i couldn't enter game anymore because of a bug like this... so i stopped testing / helping. reporting a bug didnt help too or they have massive problems to removing the bugs
hmm a month ago i had no problem only thing was that the opening cut scene would end itself. more than likely whatever they did to fix that is cauingyour problem.best thing i can say is go tothe folder for game see if they have a settings file somewhere that u can change the settings.
after a going through settings and forum post and redownloading and install and still having same problem, i just gonna wait for them to fix,
