If you mean, will the game nominally run, as opposed to causing the laptop to spontaneously combust, then probably. If you mean, will it run smoothly at high graphical settings, then no. Intel integrated graphics are awful.
Well the minimum requirement is an Intel GMA X4500, which implies that if you're running that, you should be able to get perfectly playable results running at lower resolution with absolutely bare minimum settings. I'm not sure how much I'd expect beyond that.
I used to run WoW like that, on a Geforce 6150. I ran it at some real oddball resolution somehow (1024x640? same aspect ratio as my 1280x800 screen), with all settings turned to their bare minimum, I usually managed about 20-25fps (only tanking in cities), which is actually quite playable for an MMO. Was it ideal? Absolutely not. Still, it allowed me to play the game on the go, and was at least adequate.
im not trying to be an asshat here< because rift is a touchy subject around here with some > but if you have ever ran warhammer online on your pc then you should be able to run rift ..imo they are the exact same match ..if not i belive they have a specs page on the rift web-site that can tell you
You can check if your system can run most games here:

Best way to check is not ask people but simply go to the, can you run it, website and check there. Though just because your computer maybe able to run a game, it doesn't mean the game is any good. hehe
If you're going to be doing any sort of gaming, the single most important thing is the video card. Any integrated graphics, and most definitely Intel's various integrated graphics, should be the single thing to stay away from when computer shopping.
Look for a "dedicated" graphics card first and foremost. They're close to releaseing some integrated graphics designed specifically for gaming, but I don't think we're there quite yet.
