More praise for Trion Worlds

So about a week and a half after launch my account was hacked. I lost all my money and some crafting materials. After submitting a ticket and waiting two weeks I got all my stuff back in line and was quite happy that I got it back at all. Now, while because of that and some of the lack luster solo content of the game I wasn't planning on staying for more then my initial founders club 3 month membership ran out. Oh, and because they nerfed Riftblade so harshly.

 

Today however, I recieved and email with Trion saying they were sorry for the account breach and slow custom support responce time, and included with the email was 30 days free membership, along with a free upgrade to the digital collectors edition, and all my current and future characters will recieve the preorder bonus runes. Kutous to Trion about this, while it is more or less bribery, they are facing the problems head on so far and trying their hardest to comfort the player base at the same time. To me it just feels like the right kind of customer support.

    The customer service is good, but class balancing is a far harder nut to crack. I am hopeful that in the coming months things will settle down but the hiatus over souls and powers has legs for a while yet.

    Aside from Mages being completely OP in pvp right now, I don't see anything else. I may do a little less damage on my warrior but it made me discover a new build that I enjoy a lot.
