This is not the experience that you should expect from Trion Worlds. To help make up for the delay, we have:
Credited your account 30 days of play time.
Bestowed via in-game mail, to all your current and future characters, a full set of the special RIFT pre-order bonus weapon enchant runes that you may not have had previously.No action is required on your end. These items and days of play time have already been added to your Trion Worlds account.
We know this does not entirely make up for the frustration you have encountered, but this is our way of thanking you for your patience.
Please know that Trion Customer Service will continue working tirelessly through our support requests. Between recently expanded Customer Support staffing and improvements in our own tools, we are on track to resolve matters more quickly in the future.

Bribery or not its still very cool of them and they keep showing me they get how to run a MMO very well.

Thats not bribary, thats letting players know they actually respect them.
Now regardless of how powerful the items they gave you are, the fact that they gave you something simply for the reason of them not being satified with their speed of customer service is amazing.
Hopefully they keep this kind of player respect up and not let it go the wayside later on down the road.
My account got hacked and I needed to have a character rolled back. It took then 4 days to respond to my in game petition and another 5 days just to fix my character. I didn't recieve anything like this so I canceled my account, though I wasn't really liking the game much when this all happened. I feel they are doing this because they have a problem with accounts getting hacked and they cannot respond timely to the petitions. I called to company 3 times trying to resolve this issue and according to the person I talked to they are having serious problems. Thats why they added the new coin lock feature.
Even though I hadn't planned to continue my subscription, I would have been very angry for them taking so long to handle my issue if I liked playing the game. I imagine they were probably losing subs from folks who they couldn't handle in time so they did this to try and save face with their disenchanted customers. I had to laugh when I finally got tthrough to customer support. I asked the poor guy. "You mean to tell me, you guys are so undermanned you can't give me a time frame of when you can fix my character?" and he said "I am truely sorry but I cannot answer to when it will be fixxed. I will say that we are handling you case as fast as possible." The guy sounded like an automated message machine. 5 days later after the 4 days to respond, my toon gets fixxed. I sorta wish they would have gave me a free month but they didn't. Thats ok though I was leveing anyway, the long time they took handling this problem just gaurenteed I was leaving.
I know this.

Methinks you need to find a dictionary and look up the word "bribe". You were compensated for your inconvenience.
If they had sent you that email and said you'd get those items if you went somewhere and posted how great Rift was (when you didn't think it was) or something like that, then that would have been a bribe.
Its the truest form of customer service.
It will be incredibly impressive if they can keep it up.

And i'm no fan of Rift, i admire the way Trionworlds handles their shortcommings in the CC department.
ArEf, it's really hard to tell whether you're complaining or pointing out something positive here. Personally, I think it's great that they did that, but... bribery? I think you were looking for another word there.
What was the direction you were heading with this?

its not respecting someone its called kissing bum, but then would hope they need to with this kind of "game", other than that have no understanding why OP complaints...

The likes of SOE hemorages cutsomers as they take to long to respond, they have
a piss poor attitude, they never appologise nor offer any rewards etc
The OP shouldn't be posting this info in the manner he has, maybe if he posted
this info to say "hey these guys are ok look what i got!" ...but this isnt the case.
Trion made good effort for you, what more do you want?

What was your original problem, without too much detail. I would like to know the circumstances.
Honestly I think that is the smartest way ever to apologize. Free time? They gave you 15 dollars because they were slow. They know paying customers don't like to wait, so what better thing to do than give them free time to make up for it. At least it wasn't like 3 days of free time. It was a full month. Plus an upgrade? Thats even better. Trion is awesome.
Nevermind, guys. This is the kind of person who would kick the easter bunny for secretly selling us something by giving us free candy.
