I agree with that. Trolls can turn a good forum or discussion thread bad real quick, and currently there is nothing that can be done about it, except to try and ignore it or fight back. And as most of them are attention lovers, they just keep posting garbage until someone gets fed up and says something.
My suggestions would be as follows:
Win XP Pro
AMD Athlon XP 3000+, 2.16 GHz
1 Gig PC3200 DDR400 RAM
120 Gig Ultra ATA HD
30 Gig EIDE HD
ATI Radeon 9200 128MB
SoundBlaster Live! Gamer 5.1
8X DVD+/-RW
There really should be a report abuse link on the bottom of every post. I don't know why we don't have that here honestly.

- Scaris
"What happened to you, Star Wars Galaxies? You used to look like Leia. Not quite gold bikini Leia (more like bad-British-accent-and-cinnamon-bun-hair Leia), but still Leia nonetheless. Now you look like Chewbacca." - Computer Gaming World
Although it would be great to limit the number of "your game suxs ______ roxors" posts here at mmorpg.com it would just open up another can of worms if they were also able to click a "report to admin" button as well.
I guess it would be a lot of work to admin.... and I must say some game really do suck lol.
That is true, but there are only so many times you can read "your game sux" before you just get sick and tired.
And all you would have to do is implement that if you report something that is within the Code of Conduct, you would get a warning, if you do it again, you get banned. Trolling is pretty easy to figure out, as it is pretty explicitly defined on Webopedia.com. That way you could report massive spammers advertising their "free" garbage in all the posts too.
Troll
(v.) (1) To deliberately post derogatory or inflammatory comments to a community forum, chat room, newsgroupand/or a blog in order to bait other users into responding.
(2) To surf the Internet.
(3) To hang around a chat room reading the posts instead of contributing to the chat.
(n.) One who performs any of the above actions
Now don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with differing opinions. If someone takes the time to explain what and why they say what they do, that is great. But a lot of just "your game sux" with no reasoning just gets annoying. And half the time it's just a troll that wants to get a reaction out of people. And I know just ignore them, but when they become a nuisance it's just outright irritating.
