Coin Lock Feature
This coin lock feature is almost becoming a game-breaker for me. Every single time I log in I'm coin locked. I have to then exit, go into my email and then go back into the game to enter the code.
Now, I'm coin locked and they haven't even sent me the code! I can't carry on playing cos my bags are full. I've sent a help thing but if this carries on I won't be paying the first instalment. I'm actually enjoying the game but does anyone else have this problem?

Pretty sure it only coin locks you if you log in from a different IP. I was coin locked after turning my modem off for along time one night when i logged back on i was locked. So if your logging in with different IP each time or from a different location then it will cause that. Ive only had it happen that once when i got a different IP from resetting the modem.

you do not have to log in/out ot enter the code. if you didnt recieved the code hit the resend me the code button and make sure oyu check your junk filters. the farmers are getting desperate they started phishing for this game too and are already on the junk filters
Do you have an IP blocker running in the background...like if you torrent a lot...or you may not have a static IP...and APIPA is generating a diff IP each time...though you probably wouldn't connect to the internet at all if the latter was the case. Whatever reason...that would suck.
Alt-Tab is your friend. And the IP feature I thought was supposed to be region encoded. I can't imagine your ISP consitently gives you dramatically different IPs for an iprefresh.
