It does look quite interesting, but it seems to me that there isn't a lot of really new information about the pack. It still seems they are being too tight-lipped about what exactly it is all going to encompass.
I do like the fact there is a lot of higher-level stuff, but it almost seems like they are solely concentrating on it. There doesn't seem to be a lot in the way of lower level to mid level. Maybe I didn't read the right parts, but that's the impression I got. If you are adding a new playable race, you cant' solely add high level content, as every new race player is going to be low level. Not just Viamontians (sp?) quests, but there will be new low levels running all around the world.
And I can't say I really understand some of the new concepts, such as the augmentation gems. I don't think that I'm going to like that part much. They may come up with a way to implement that... but I can't see a way to work that into the story. A gem just appears that lets you carry more packs? Why would you need a gem for that? Why not just pick up another pack?
Overall I'm pretty hesitant about the expansion pack. Turbine doesn't seem to want to reveal anything other than just the basics, which I can see why they might. But it doesn't bode all that well for the players who are wanting to see if it is worth waiting for. I've been waiting to see if I should keep my subscription, and have been disappointed as of so far. They seem to be spending more time writing dev diaries then revealing what exactly is in the pack.
Only time will tell I guess.

well Cold, now that it is announced and confirmed via the press release, AC expansion is coming out. And wtih it, according to Jessical Mulligan at Turbine, more information to be released soon too!
