World of Tanks/Wargaming does not offer any customer service with regards to buying their gold.
If you have a problem with your browser that wont let you get to the gold buying page
Customer service/tickets you will not get a reply
Bought gold and have yet to recieve it or have been charge multiple times
Customer serive/tickets you will not get a reply
Post on the forums for help, you will get trolled
And from all I have been reading any non russian server players are screwed, seems they only help those that play on the russian servers and anyone else is left to fend for themselves.
So buy/ try to buy at your own risk, if you have a problem you basically lost the money.

This is why you don't buy gold with Debit Cards. If they want to try and steal your money call your CC, tell them they won't respond on their customer service AND won't deliver the product you paid for & you want a chargeback done. THEN tell your CC company that you want them to report Wargaming to the BBB for their backhanded business practice.
IF YOU BUY GOLD using your debit card you won't be getting it back unless you contact your bank & tell them that the product you paid for hasn't been delivered (e.g: stolen). ONLY buy with CC's or Paypal ONLY! That way you can do a chargeback or ask paypal to open a claim vs Wargaming.
Eventually if WarGaming get enough ChargeBacks & Disputes from PayPal they'll be locked out from Paypal & the creditcard companies will threaten to stop business with them. That's generally the best solution

What Faded said. If your like me and don't have a CC though paypal works in pretty much the same way.
Also I've purchased gold recently (twice) with my debt card and everything was done in seconds (had the gold in my account after i alt tabbed back into the game).
MMO wish list:
-Changeable worlds
-Solid non level based game
-Sharks with lasers attached to their heads
I live in a small country in Europe, playing on EU server, bought gold with debit card.
No problems whatsoever.

This is really standard practice with any company on the internet though. Always use paypal/credit card when possible. You need to protect yourself, and if they won't deliver the goods, you can get your money back AND make them look bad.
