    I've always played Undead in Warcraft 3, so I'm going to keep to that and play Undead in World of Warcraft. In my opinon you can't really say what is your favorite class is until you have personally played them all up to level 60 and tried them in solo pvp, group pvp, solo pve and group pve.

    Hey Vepo have u played WOW yet?  Plus its just opinion dude just like what u think looks cool.  I am more of a human pally guy.  But i was a good undead player in warcraft III but i like the look of human pallys.  and mining and blacksmithing loooks nice.  I haven't exavtly got the game but i will soon.

    Hello Malomeister,

    Yes I played the American open beta of World of Warcraft only for a couple of days as I downloaded it near the end of the beta. I only tried out a few classes which were Warrior, Rogue and Druid all on the Horde side of the game.

    Seeing as I have my pre-order cd-key I will be able to spend more time playing the european beta, testing out each class on the Horde to see which one suits me. So once retail comes and the delivery man knocks on my front door with my copy of World of Warcraft I can go straight into the game knowing what I'm going to be doing and not have to spend the few first days or weeks wondering what to play.

    when u get WOW have fun.  Is rogue good?  I dunno but paladins are cool with divine sheild.  And all those healing magic abilities.  What greatness do rogues have?

    Rouges are popular because they have TONNES o abilities, They can....
    Hold two weps (other classes can aswell),

    Use Poisens on their weps,

    Go Stealth (mad for PvP),

    Get tonnes o "combo" moves,

    & Have tonnes of stunning moves (really good versing casters in PvP)

    I play a lvl 34 Warlock on the server Windrunner (PvE)

    & a lvl 12 Rouge on server Blackrock (PvP)

    The best class is Ranger; they don't have that in WOW.
    The best race is Wood Elf; they don't have that either.
    Maybe that's okay, since we'd just see more cartoon graphics.
    By the way, this game doesn't have enough challenge for veteran MMORPG players. This is a very good newb game. Enjoy!

    I think paladin is because it has a specified race and they havent gone around to nuking the hell out of the pally like they did in diablo two and witch doctors in WC3.

    Just ignore Billius8. As you can tell he doesn't like World of Warcraft so he just wants to come into this section of the forum telling people how bad it is and it's a MMORPG for newbs.

    I would like to point out to you Billius8 that graphics isn't everything and there is more then enough challenges in World of Warcraft for any MMORPG veteran like myself and many of the hundreds of thousands that are at this moment playing the american version and those downloading the european version right now.

    Graphics may not be everything, but immersion is. Graphics helps immersion, but more importantly, challenge does. Ain't no real challenge in this game that I've seen; it's easy, solo, questing relaxation.

    Now I know that not everyone who plays it is a newb, but I do think it's the "beer and pretzels" of MMORPG-gaming and great for both newbs or more experienced gamers who just want to sit back and take it easy.

    which class is best depends solely on who is playing it. My favoured classes is Paladin and Hunter, pretty straightforward and easy to play. That's also probably the main reason so many think pallys are overpowered, their easy to handle.

    My favoured racees are Humans and Dwarfs on the Alliance side, in the Horde it'd be Orc and Troll.

    billius8 I agree with Vepo.  This game has many challneges and an adundant amount of quests.  The Graphics may be cartoony but graphics isn't  very important.  Fun and concept is.  There is quite a challnege.  Being good at all races and classes and new proffesions are a big challenge.  Maybe u shuold play a harder class or race or somethin to challenge urself.  Plus Blizzard will add many more challnges.  Anyways do u actually have the game and have played it?

    I like the graphics in WoW, in fact I like it more than the graphics in SWG, AO and EQ2.

    Why try to make it a point that the graphics in a game is good or bad, when it all comes down to taste.

    There's truely many quest, some are for solo and some are for elite players/groups (as I remember from previous beta). If the game isn't challengive, just complete some elite quest by yourself! That would be kinda challengive.

    Salt of this game are mostly questing, grouping, killing monsters, crafting, exploring, searching for new equipment. And these properties are all in WoW imageimage

    Hey all here is a news flash:  The Europe WOW beta is starting.  Just to let u know.  WOW is really getting popular.  I think there are also rumors WOW will release in Feb. in Europe.  That was a WOW news alert.

    yes stealth is good but a rogue can never beat a human paladin.  If they use stealth human paladin can use ability to see the person in stealth mode. Plus humans rock with diplomacy, spirit, mac and sword skills.  Plus a Paladin with its healing, immunity, and divine sheild!!  Truly Paladin owns!

    Billius has a good point... this is alot easier than many mmorpgs out there.  Anyone ever play ffxi, then come to this and cream their pants because you can get to level 35 in 3days of playtime?  I know I did.  Well made game, very fun game, moderately easy game.

    if u play as paladin u just want an ezy way thou game. u can just sit there and do notting but watch the pladin hit things. oo wait u get to use the stunn every 30 seconds thats about it. PALADINS SUCK!!!

    how ever if u play as a shaman or rogue ( 2 best classes) u are actually active while playing pressing combos and such. and no im not going to say NERF PALIES i dont think they are over powerd they are jsut very armor dependeble cuz they take the most hits and have NO DPS
