People get so worked up about whether it is Sandbox or not. I honestly do not care, if it is a fun single player* game in the style of Bioware I am happy. It is time to extract heads from arses and enjoy what games have to offer.
*solo orientated I meant

I liked Sonic?

This might come as a shock but it won't be a single player game.

Think you been too busy saving them damsels. Solo orientated- think you knew I meant that

Ehm sorry but being an mmorpg not all players care about story... PvP is another big aspect.
Although it probably will be the only mmorpg that i will really care about story and epic dialogue. we want more garruses that save the last shot before the storm xD
I think he's just saying that's all he personally needs out of it, minimum.
... and I'm pretty sure you COULD play it as just a single player game if you wanted to.
haha, oh man these forums are awful. poor guys just wants to say hes gonna like a game. of course he's wrong! how dare he enjoy something that I dont like! haha, ridiculous.
But my entire point is enjoy it for what it is (or hopefully will be), a good ride

Are you reading secret invisible posts? Because nobody said that.
Pretty much the gist of his responses were 'Bioware also made a Sonic game' (Which he liked!), 'Some people need PvP' and 'SW:ToR isn't a single player game'.
All of which are pretty much factual, and considerably more factual than 'It's Bioware, so it will be fun' (Unless you add 'to me' to the end of that)
Nobody came even CLOSE to saying 'You're wrong for enjoying something I don't'. :T
But someone did say they enjoy Bioware single player games and are quite happy if their MMO follows in a similar vain. Then some prat had to respond regardless of how mindless his inane rantings were.

The Bioware gamers came to love for their RPG's is sadly not the same Bioware of today. The small team that put out stunning RPG's got diluted and now Bioware is EA just using the name creating different department for different games filled with their own hired staff and the original bioware team spread thin amongst them for the different projects. Take Dragon Age for example, that was nowhere near as good and polished and Bioware games Pre EA. Dragon Age doesn't even touch the immersion and fun of the Baldurs Gate games. Dragon Age 2 even better example how Bioware is just in name only now and is really EA. I fear so much for Battlefield 3 and what EA done to Dice now, you'll see all manner of things put in to try make you buy a virtual item, rather than just buying a damn game and all it has to offer. EA and its mico payment madeness and gone crazy with the play for your award to flash up to tell you you're a good little gamer and your epeen just got bigger.
I dunno, I truly like DA2 and the space malarchy, for one play through. Do not expect more from SWTOR but is worth the ticket price.

Topic says "Its Bioware so it will be fun". You reply with a single pic of Sonic Chronicles. Should I assume you were agreeing with him and supporting his opinion by displaying boxart from a Bioware game you thought was fun? Or should I assume that it was a counter to his topic title? Judgning by your feelings about swtor, Im inclined to think the latter. But by all means, continue nitpicking verbatim.
Yes ... but there has been a lot of misconception on this topic. Let's just say that: even though Swtor has a lot of soloable content in the shape of personal storylines, (which nicely replace the tons of generic solo quests or grinding which in many other mmorpgs are the way to get to max level), it offers plenty of group content with its own incentives, rewards and mechanics adding a lot of flavor and attraction to grouping up like social points, hologram presence in remote conversations, faster leveling, unique rewards, etc.

How much you earn for that?

Oh no he di'int...
ok seriously not trolling, I meant solo orientated, and I meant anyone who enjoys games, i.e. playing through a story (not sandbox) will enjoy it. If you don't like that there is a simple answer.

I'm going to nitpick here. You shouldn't assume that anyone who enjoys games or enjoys plaing through a story will enjoy it. For example, I like doing both and nothing about this game seems any good to me.
Oh really? Just what are my feelings towards SW:ToR? I'd like to be enlightened. Because apparently you think I think something that I don't, and I'd love to get the chance to set things straight.
My feelings towards blanket statements like 'Bioware = fun', on the other hand, is pretty well documented.
If somebody said 'Arenanet = fun', I'd look at them dubiously as well, I just wouldn't have an amusing picture to post up.
I don't think any company has a stranglehold on fun. Any company can, at any time, suddenly decide that they're tired of being awesome, and now is their time to SUCK.
Plenty of companies have done it. It isn't an observation on 'SW:ToR = unfun'. That would be a pretty silly statement to make as well.
I'll accept statements like 'I don't think I'll enjoy SW:ToR' or 'I love all Bioware games'. That's cool.
Even 'Bioware has a pretty good track record in general, so odds are in favor of them being able to deliver a fun product!', I wouldn't really have a response to.
... but enough about that, what's this about my feelings towards SW:ToR?
Ah the clever troll surfaces ...
So the OP was nothing more than a Swtor detractor acting like a fanboy in disguise?
Did you actually read up on the group content Swtor has to offer?
It's clear that you avoid replying with actual counter arguments and can't make the case how Swtor won't be a game with a lot and interesting group content. I dare you to prove me wrong.

haha, you were nitpicking. I have not got shares in Bioware, just stating that it should be a few hours fun for most people.

I think most sane people around here knew what you meant, but as you can see people tend to be a little over zealous defending their game of choice around here.
DarkPony is one of the cheapest product spokespeople on the market. He's literally paid in sugar cubes and apples.
Arenanet made the mistake of attempting to pay him in pears, and he's not sure how he feels about that.
I can't horseman, its not released yet... nor can you...
