Going to play Mortal Online...help?

Hey all im in the process of downloading Mortal Online as i type this...was wondering what is a good server and if anyone had a clan/guild that i could join so they could help me learn the game and help me out. I played Darkfall so not 100% new to sandbox games...but i did come from 6 yrs of playing wow... lol

Hello, Chitin here. (Ex-MOer, maker of the fammiss 'Pink Death' bow.) I quit playing MO more then a year ago, but I imagine the best place to find a guild would be in the official MO forums. Here, you will find a vast emptiness filled with ghostly forum-dwellers that will bring bad tidings.

That aside, you are on the right path. MO is a game where you absolutely need to be in a guild or clan. If you aren't, you will have to buy everything you need and face the neverending zergs of clans without having a clan of your own to zerg the zerg with.

there is only 1 server and it's in Sweden. the most nube friendly guilds(also least agressive) are Wessex, Forsaken, Syvy, CHT, Talar Matar, Wolfings but it really all depends where you start because pretty much every part of the map is taken by some sort of guild. if you look at the official political map on the forums you'll see what i mean.

just be warned, there are lots of glithches and things that dont work as they should inthis game but if you can look past that it can be very fun. good luck.
