K, i'm quite frustrated and boarderline angry at this point. Been down long enough, quite happy to restart, and now I can't get logged in. Says I have to reset my password, no problem...Yet everytime I try I get this error
"We have encountered a system error while processing your request.
Please try again later.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you continue to encounter this error, please contact Customer Service at http://support.station.sony.com"
I've been getting it all morning...so ok lets go and contact their support...Catch 22, you need to login to speak with their support. So I can't reset my password on my account, and cannot contact their support.
This double XP really helps when I can't even login.

I get the same error....I guess their account management system is overloaded by requests.
I hear the same thing is happening in EQ2. Hope your paying with a time card cuz only a idiot would give their CC info to SOE now after finding out Sony went months / years (?) knowingly without even basic firewall protection.

Things were up and running last night, but they seem to be down again as of this morning.
All the account authentication services on soe.com are acting funky and you can't log into your station account. I can't access EQ2 either.
I have a different problem now... When I try to login to Vanguard, I get "This account is for an underage user. You are not old enough to access this game."
Obviously I am old enough, 22 soon.
Edit: fixed, seems servers were just borked.
All it takes is one bad day.
