I have been looking forward to this game for years. Years and years. Ever since my wife bought the original Alice and made me play through the hard combat parts (then eventually I was just playing the whole game).
There were also some initial plans for a Wizard of Oz game featuring the Wizard, but I don't think that ever took off.

Ah... That one I hadn't heard of.
I know American McGee was behind some other games based on fairy tales. I think it was Grimm. They were episodic.

I looked up the Wizard of Oz thing and it looks like the financing fell through so it was never done.

Thanks for posting this. Exciting stuff I was a big fan of the original. Plus I no longer have my original Alice game so having it included is a bonus.

I loved American McGee's Alice, and from what I understand this is the sequel to it.
I'm certainly going to give it a try
Well, after I've finished The Witcher 2, that is. Pretty challenging, that one

Yep! It's the sequel to it.
Going to be awesome, I think, with just as intense (and of course, twisted) a setting/story as the first.

I remember this, seemed a hell of a lot longer ago than 2000, that's depressing.
