Primarily Lotro, have rediscovered it recently and am enjoying the community. I plan to have a toon at 65 when the cap is raised in September, it should be a fun place to be for the next few months after that.
I'll play WoW for a month when 4.2 is released, the trick with WoW is using the 80/20 rule - you have 80% of the fun in the first 20% of the time after an update.
Apart from that Witcher, Duke Nukem and obsess over AFL like any true Aussie
Playing: Darkfall New Dawn (and planning to play Fallout 76) Favourite games have included: UO, Lineage2, Darkfall, Lotro, Baldur's Gate, SSX, FF7 and yes the original Wizardry on an Apple IIe
I am waiting on end of the year releases. However, for now I am considering trying either City of Heroes or DCUO (in spite of all good sense as the promo movies are awesome on the website.) I am also looking at Forsaken World and Black Prophecy but the cash shops rub me wrong.
I might dabble in Mortal Online when Dawn releases a bit more. Barring that, perhaps I'll renew Rift for a month or two. Burned myself out too early on that one I think.
Gaijin Entertainment however, makers of Wings of Prey is going to be making a WWII flight combat simulator MMO (Not the makers of World of Tanks, completely seperate game). And since owners of Wings of Prey get into Beta automatically from my sources, I hope I get to enjoy some nice dogfighting action from an MMO. Hopefully it's good.
Now if only a really good Shooter MMO would come out I'd be happy this summer.
My 1 month warhammer sub ran out yesterday but hadn't played much in the last 2 weeks , don't have any desire for any mmo atm the only old one is MO which I always have on my radar but dawn only seems to be getting about halfway to the point for me to return but if there's massive praise for dawn I might go check it out.
Me? i'll probably start up a tale in the desert again, maybe take a look at prius if i can get my Gpotato account to work. But i'm most likely going to see what ATITD has to offer this summer.
Help me Bioware, you're my only hope.
Is ToR going to be good? Dude it's Bioware making a freaking star wars game, all signs point to awesome. -G4tv MMo report.
this is my first post on these forums, but i am a long time lurker. this thread interested me greatly as i've been asking myself this very question: what am i going to play? not only for this summer, but beyond. i've become burned out on the major titles as i've played them for a long time, but i still find myself waiting for the next one to really grab me...the problem right now is that there simply isn't anything worthwhile coming anytime soon
as silly as this may sound to some, Eden Eternal has actually captivated me for a couple of days and i found that i was really enjoying myself. that may be what i play until GW2, SWTOR, or something else that may come out of left field comes along.
