I made a purchase on their item mall - total cost was about 60 dollars. It consisted of a mercenary (Carmilla the vampire) and her books needed for the special moves that she can do.
Well, when I went to the item pickup, it gave me my books, but the rose that's needed for the mercenary to appear vanished when I tried to move it to my inventory. I had plenty of space to accept it as well. I thought, "surely, since I spent a lot of money, they will respond if I put a Nexon help system ticket in."
Hah! They have not even responded to my ticket after 4 days!! Also, I went looking around to contact them via phone and found a number for Nexon America - 1-213-858-5930. When I contacted them, I hit 2 for in-game help, and sure enough, it booted me out saying that I had to put in a ticket, which I already did.
I called back, and hit 0 for the operator. She answered "Nexon America", so I know it was the correct business. As soon as I started patiently and mildly explaining the situation, she hung up the phone on me.
Well, I would HIGHLY advise against purchasing ANYTHING from Nexon Corporation, either America or overseas. I will most likely report all of this to the Better Business Bureau. Finally, if you have had similar issues with Nexon, I would recommend doing the same thing.
But I had a simlar problem a few months ago when the switchover to Nexon happened. I tried to pick up my migration awards, and they vanished.
They did show up later (it was just server lag). But I had filed a ticket, and about 3 weeks later I got another copy of the things I (temporarily) lost.
