One sure reason reason it won't be high scale systems only--
Win XP is severely limited (by today's hardware capabilities and software demands) but a large portion of the internet (the largest) still uses XP over any other OS.

"The reason weve put a range on that was primarily around the sliding window associated with Star Wars. We're very confident in the title, but we did give a range of potential ship dates, it depends really on the beta that were now in, we're in mid-scale beta, now we got a high scale data.
At the end of June and only the full way to assuming the outcome of beta in terms of whether its just six week ahead or not. We intend to make sure that this is a very successful launch, and why we're very, very confident. The reason for engine guidance is to bracket around the possibilities as we've done. I didnt feel great about the guidance at the mid-point, its well above 10% or higher than this year, and fiscal run rate will be dramatically higher."

Yup. That's genuine Ricietello gibberish right there. I don't have a clue what it means.
Lol. Me neither. I feel like I need an interpreter to understand what he's trying to say.

That guy could troll with the best of them. He's saying something there, and something important, but what?
Also, the transcriber is terrible at spelling or this DH person just gained a level in trolling skill.

Game Testing is currently ongoing for Star Wars: The Old Republic. This isn't news - it's been ongoing for quite a while. At different points in the process, we have invited a number of people to test. Some of those people tested for short periods, some for longer periods.
We've recently transitioned into longer-term and larger-scale testing. We have more people testing the game now than ever before. We are allowing them to play for longer than ever before. We're also continuing to invite people to test, so if you haven't signed up for testing yet – now is a good time.
We will be allowing more and more people to test The Old Republic before launch, and that means occasionally we'll spike in our invite numbers. It doesn't mean everyone who's signed up for testing is going to be invited in one block.
What we're doing now, essentially, is similar to a ‘Closed Beta’ for other MMORPGs, but we call it Game Testing. It's invite-only, and it's limited in size. That gives us the most 'bang for our buck' in terms of getting meaningful, actionable feedback. However, we're still ramping up, we're getting more people in... and we're still aiming to launch in 2011."
JR was going to accidently slip again but someone had to muzzle him this time. All he had to say was we are letting more beta testers in and thats it. Whats with all the drama ?
