    I think it takes a month to reach your full potential rank. To me that doesn't seem too long of a wait at all.

    Ok but what about possibility giving a hype for game, colecting of 5 rank points can take some time for me it is too long(it is only 5 points)

    To get 5 rank points you'd only need to log in a few times or make one or two posts, It's really not difficult. The reason the minimum for hyping a game is 5 points is because in the past people have created accounts simply to give 0's or 10's for games and mess with the ratings. The system at the moment is a simple way of stopping that on a mass scale. This has been developed over time and it is highly doubtful that it will change any time soon.
