the game will be shut down and that's final... Probably the main reason for it's cancelation is that it won't be able to compeete with SWTOR since SWG is really old and hasn't been much improved (mostly because SOE is cheap and they don't care about customers xD - my opinion and impression of SOE ) which sux... I loved the game since I first played it and I remember when I had my first house built and got my first lightsaber in that game ... But everything has an ending, atleast this one will go with a big bang - as they said on SWG website

I have something to say Bioware signed a contract with Sony a few months ago before the release of Mass effect 2.
