Looking to come back, mage questions

I'm currently sitting at lvl 23 with my mage (Chloro/Necro/Warlock)

Two of my friends play that are also both Healers/Support Healers so I'm looking for a new all-around spec I can use for Questing/Dungeons/Warfronts that don't deal a whole lot of any type of healing.

 

When I first played, I tested out Dom/Pyro but wasnt too satisfied, meaning it was hard to get used too...

 

Anyways, what would be a decent build for leveling/dungeons/warfronts that dont do a great deal of healing?

if you dont want to heal drop the chloro spec. mix /match anything else and your a dps character.  i have a necro/lock build and a elemental/stormcaller build....no one asks me to heal
